The St. Fidelis Science Lab is a newly remodeled, state of the art facility. Each child entering the lab feels like a true scientist upon seeing the rows of new microscopes and blacktop tables.
An appreciation and love of science is fostered through experiments beginning in Kindergarten. Each year, scientific skills are built upon, preparing students not only for state exams, but for high school and beyond.
Our Science program successfully integrates Science, Language Arts, Reading and Math into the students' studies. Each teacher challenges the students to deepen their Science and Reading skills through various techniques in learning. These techniques include: comparing and contrasting, critical thinking skills, scientific inquiry, and designing and conducting a science experiment. Our modern Science lab enables the students to participate in hands-on experiments and dissections.
